"10/10 I came during my lunch and I ordered the super burrito and I substituted the mayo for sour cream instead. Its authentic, flavorful and best of all service was and quick. It comes with Nacho cheese which is different for me but it is so worth trying and so so good. Owners are great genuine people! I love supporting small businesses!!"

"First off, props for bearing the single digit weather! I originally came to The Hub to try a different truck, but they ended up being closed due to the cold, so I decided to give this place a try. The food was delicious, and the girl was super nice."

"This spot is pretty consistent with their burritos. The Burrito de Asada is on point. The burrito comes with nacho cheese and mayo. Some people love it with mayo, and others with sour cream. In my case, I substituted the mayo for sour cream + that different way of making it with nachos = delicioso. This is the Hub = Lots of parking space and eating options; either inside the building, out in the shade or sun."

"Adobada tacos were flavored nicely & the carnitas were tender. The tortillas were golden crisped & hot. The red salsa was a bit spicy & the green salsa was citrusy & fresh tasting. Taco Tuesday was a nice way to try the different tacos. In Summer's Hub, kennewick food truck hub."
